Xia Xing (Jack Xia)– Founder & Leader of LAG®

Born in Shanghai in 1973, Jack graduated in Mechanical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology. He served as China GM and Asia-Pacific VP of Haeger (US) before founding LAG Machine Tool (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in 2012.

Between 2013 and 2014, he acquired Italy’s LAG brand (including press brake technology) and Rainer S.R.L., a renowned CNC punch press manufacturer.

Since 2013, he has been pioneering AI-driven sheet metal processing, integrating industrial robotics for laser cutting, punching & shearing, bending, and welding. His solutions serve over 100 global clients, including Hitachi Elevator, Siemens, Hörmann, Inspur, Longertek, and Huashijie, etc .

Under his leadership, the company holds 200+ patents, is recognized as a National High-Tech and “Specialized & Sophisticated” Enterprise, and has earned AAA credit ratings. He has positioned LAG® (葛世®) as a world-class benchmark for intelligent sheet metal systems, serving industries from elevators and electrical equipment to construction machinery, building curtain walls, medical devices, HVAC, new energy, and agriculture.
